Starting your journey within our Support Team, you’ll step into the role of the initial point of contact for resolving client issues. Comprehensive training will empower you to excel on the frontlines, mastering client interactions, efficient support desk operations, and issue prioritisation. You will also delve into a deep understanding of our software, becoming proficient in the systems you’ll be supporting, all while seamlessly transitioning into a valued member of the development team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in programming and familiarity with SQL, coupled with adept problem-solving and networking skills. However, what truly sets you apart is your unwavering ambition to learn, grow, and pivot into programming within a dedicated development team, particularly experienced in .Net.
Your excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities will shine, enabling effective collaboration with individuals from diverse backgrounds and various organisational levels.
