Fortesium is a fast-paced exciting and fun company developing and supporting software solutions for the regulation and registration industries. The company is growing fast and is on-boarding three-new clients in the next month alone; hence, we are looking for new full-time, team members to join the rest of the gang!

Based in central London, but initially working from home (10;00 to 18:00), the successful candidate will join a technology company which is the UK’s market leader in regulation software. We have exciting plans to expand our platform and client base over the next four years and a significant Option Scheme is planned for the team that make this happen and you will work with a highly skilled team to develop new and exciting features for our software platform.

Initially commencing in our Support Team, working as the first point of contact to solve Clients’ problems you will be given training on working on the front line, dealing with clients, operating an effective support desk and triaging issues. Further, you will learn how our software works, be given a complete understanding of the systems you will support and become an integral part of the development team.

As the ideal candidate you will have a solid grounding in programming and a knowledge of SQL, problem solving and networking; but more importantly, be ambitious to learn and grow and to move into programming as part of a development team, particulalry in .Net.

You will have strong communications, presentation, problemisolving and teamwork skills, able to work effectively with a variety of people, from varying backgrounds and at all levels of the organisation. Likely you will be someone who takes an active interest in technology both inside and outside of the workplace and there will be opportunities for you to learn new skills in the latest technologies.

This position has become vacant as two members of our current support team are progressing into development. As graduates of recent years, they have progressed in the same way we see this role developing. As such we believe this role, would likely suit a recent/upcoming graduate.
